MoRae Jewelers may from time to time change the terms that govern your use of our Site. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. MoRae Jewelers may also change, add to, move or delete portions of our Site as needed.

Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, photographs and written and other materials that appear as part of this Site are copyrights, trademarks and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by or to MoRae Jewelers. The Site as a whole is protected by copyright, all worldwide rights, titles and interests in and to which are owned by or properly licensed to MoRae Jewelers.

PRICING
The prices displayed at the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, www.moraejewelersvt.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. www.moraejewelersvt.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, MoRae Jewelers shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

COLORS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

PRICE AND AVAILABILITY INFORMATION IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

WHILE WE TAKE GREAT CARE TO ENSURE OUR ADVERTISING IS ACCURATE, MISTAKES MAY OCCUR. WHEN A MISTAKE IS NOTICED WE WILL CORRECT IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND WILL NOTIFY CUSTOMERS WHO ARE AFFECTED. WHERE NECESSARY, AN ORDER MAY BE CANCELLED PRIOR TO SHIPPING THE PRODUCT.

ALL PRICES QUOTED ARE IN US DOLLARS.

MORAE JEWELERS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO LIMIT QUANTITIES. 

PRODUCTION AND SPECIAL ORDER.

Please be aware the production times differentiate by design and complexity. We strive to meet every deadline, however, delivery dates are non-binding insofar as they are not expressly stated in writing as fixed dates, and are subject to availability of components used in your design.

Seller hereby retains a security interest in the goods described here on until the unpaid balance of such goods and merchandise is fully paid, and it is expressly agreed and understood that in case of default, Seller shall be entitled to possession of the goods and merchandise and/or the entire balance shall become due and payable immediately.

Items special/custom ordered, altered, or manufactured to your specifications, cannot be accepted for refund, credit or exchange. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. If you have submitted an order by telephone, email or online ordering please contact us via email as soon as possible to determine whether your order can be changed or canceled. If you require a cancellation and have submitted a deposit toward a special/custom order, it may become forfeited at the point of cancellation additionally any unpaid balance may also be billed to you.

Returns - Items special/custom ordered, altered, or manufactured to your specifications, cannot be accepted for refund, credit or exchange. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. If you are not satisfied and wish to return merchandise (excluding the aforementioned above), we will give you full credit, provided you follow these procedures: All returns are to be returned by MoRae Jewelers within 7 days of documented receipt of item, and must be accompanied by original receipt and must be in new, unused, unworn condition with original packaging. 

Items with manufacturing defects may be returned for exchange at any time. Please return the merchandise in its original condition and packaging, including envelopes, bags and boxes. Send with a written request along with a copy of your invoice. Merchandise returned without a request and a copy of the invoice may be charged a service fee of up to $25.00, or we may return the merchandise to you at your expense. Use of the Website—By accessing the website, you warrant and represent to the website owner that you are legally entitled to do so and to make use of information made available via the website.
